Vessel reported a cargo leak into their #2 void space. Strip all remaining cargo from the void space, inert the cargo tank and wingvoid and transit unloaded to National Maintenance in Wood River, IL for cleaning and premanent repairs. The barge is restricted from loading cargo until repairs are complete to the satisfaction of the attending marine inspector.

Following a cargo offload. The POC identified cargo smell emitting from the BOW space. It was found that a leak has formed on the flange connecting the cargo pump well and main cargo line allowing cargo to enter space. All cargo residues have been removed from void. Vessel is authorized to be moved from Lemont, IL to National Maintenance in Wood River, IL for repair. Vessel is not authorized to conduct any cargo operations until repair is made to the satisfaction of the attending Marine Inspector.
