Plumbing damage on board has resulted in tilework in several accommodation spaces to be damaged causing tilework in the heads to break away from the deck and lower bulkheads. The damaged tilework presents hazards as well as sanitary condition concerns. The damanged deck coverings are to be properly repaired to remove hazards to personnel and allow these spaces to be maintained in the sanitary condiction and suited for their intended purpose.
