When minor alterations or minor repairs of tank vessels become necessary such work shall be under the direction of the Officer in Charge, Marine Inspections, and shall be in accordance with the regulations in effect at the time the vessel was contracted for or built, or in accordance with the regulations in effect for new construction insofar as possible. Vessel notified USCG of multiple pinhole leaks in Stripping line. Vessel is to submit transit plan to offload barge and for voyage to repair facility. Repairs to be made to the satisfaction of the Attending Marine Inspector.

Kirby barge 28019 is to remain moored at Subsea 7 dock in Port Isabel, TX until submitted transit plans and transfer plan have been reviewed and permission from the OCMI is granted. PTP request must be submitted after cargo ops.
