Three fractures were identified on the vessel: bow center deck next to cargo tank bulkhead (2" x 1/16"), #2s wing void gunwale(3 1/2" x 1 1/4"), and #3s wing void gunwale (3/8"). Vessel is authorized a one time discharge of its product within the COTP Zone. After cargo discharge, the vessel shall proceed to Orange, TX and make available for inspection and permanent repairs.

Vessel is allowed to transit form Kinder Morgan Pasadena to Houston Fuel Oil to discharge cargo. Vessel must then make permanent repairs to the satisfaction of a marine inspector prior to conducting further cargo operations.
