Vessel requires an annual inspection and is 3 months past the anniversary date.

Vessel resubmission is overdue. The TVRP must be amended to verify intended areas of operation/COTP zones, identify contact information for border states, and per reg 33 CFR 155.1035(j) include individual capacities of fuel, lube, and ballast tanks or state "not applicable" before approval is granted.
