The condition of the ship and its equipment shall be maintained to conform with the provisions of the present regulations to ensure that the ship in all respoects will remain fit to proceed to sea without danger to the ship or persons onboard. While bunkering, a hole in the on-deck piping discharged approximately 2 liters of LSMGO which was contained and cleaned up. Bunkering shall not be re-commenced until temporary repair is addressed by Class.

Resolution: Vessel submitted photographic evidence that the damaged section of piping was replaced with new piping.
In addition to the requirements contained elsewhere in the present regulations, ships shall be designed, constructed and maintained in compliance with the structural, mechanical and electrical requirements of a classification society which is recognized by the Administration in accordance with the provisions of regulation XI/1. Vessel has visible damage as the result of an allision while moored. Damage was observed on the forecastle and in the bos'n stores. The forward bulwark sustained severe impingement and structural damage was observed in the vicinity. The forward bosun stores contained multiple insets along the forward bulkhead 74 SOLAS (04) II-1/3-1 - Code 17AC
