Vessel was discovered to have an approximately 12" crack on the stbd fwd knuckle at the deckline doubler connecting deck to sideshell. Vessel placed temporary repairs using epoxy resin. Vessel is allowed to transit to Baton Rouge to conduct offload of cargo and shall conduct permanent repairs upon completion. Vessel shall inform local OCMI prior to commencement of permanent repairs. 46 CFR 30.01-10
