Each towing vessel equipped with rudder(s) must have a means to monitor and control the position of the rudder(s) at each operating station. Upon inspection from divers, the [name withheld] will be requesting to transit to Crosby Marine Repairs in Houma, LA for repairs. Upon arriving at port for permanent repairs, vessel shall provide repair proposal and conduct repairs to the satisfaction of ABS.
