This subpart applies to each self-propelled vessel that is 400 gross tons or more as measured under the convention measurement system in 46 U.S.C. 14302 (i.e. ITC tonnage). Subject vessel is 494 GT ITC. Vessel can operate within the Port of New York. If the vessel wishes to depart the Port of New York, the vessel owner/operator must receive approval from any COTP zone prior to entering. Restriction will be lifted once an approved VRP has been received.
