These examinations may include a dry dock exam to assess the extent of damage and to affect permanent repairs. Permanently repair hole in starboard bow main deck to the satisfaction of attending Coast Guard Marine Inspector. Vessel is only authorized to transit to Lyon's Shipyard to conduct permanent repairs. 46 CFR 137.300(b)
