Company reported vessel experienced a reduction in propulsion. Company reports issue to be w/ starboard propeller shaft. Vessel is permitted to transit lightship to Bludworth shipyard in Corpus Christi for repair. Repairs are to be made to satisfaction of TPO (ABS) and CG. Vessel is not cleared to resume operating until cleared by the CG. 46 CFR 143.205(c)(2)

Resolution: Duty MI received ABS class report attesting to repairs conducted at [name withheld] shipyard. Vessels STBD tail shaft and propeller were replaced and sea trial conducted, all sat.
