Scantlings, material, and workmanship shall be at least equivalent to the requirements of ABS or other recognized classification society. Vessel incurred damage to the #5 stbd void gunwale that required temp epoxy repair. Make permanent repairs to damage on starboard void gunwale and associated internal structures. Repairs are to be to the satisfaction of the attending USCG Marine Inspector.
