Vessel shall repair/replace prior to any cargo discharge operations to the satisfaction of the attending Coast Guard Marine Inspector.

With no penetrations or fractures, IWO hull, bulkhead, or cargo tank, & trip brackets remained intact, repairs are to be made at next scheduled ISE.
