Scantlings, material, and workmanship, subdivision of cargo spaces, fitting of cofferdams, and testing of tanks shall be at least equivalent to the requirements of the American Bureau of Shipping or other recognized classification society. While fleeted at Pelican Fleet in Houston, TX, the CBC 7032 sustained damage to the cargo tank top from a collision with the CBC 7031 resulting in a 1.5" x 14" x 18" inset on the raised trunk of 3S Cargo tank. The vessel is authorized a one time discharge and shall proceed directly to a cleaning and repair facility to make permanent repairs. The repairs shall be made to the satisfaction of a Coast Guard Marine Inspector.

Resolution: Company cropped and renewed 30" x 3'-0" x 3/8" portion of shaped coaming. Conducted a visual exam of all repairs and witnessed air test at 1.0 PSI. Test satisfactory.
