Marine Inspectors witnessed that all of the life buoys did not have the proper grab lines and did not have the name of the vessel on the life buoy; as well as, the lifelines were not the approved type, the lifelines were not secured properly, and at least one of the life buoys had damage to the buoy itself which could affect the buoyancy of the buoy. Replace/repair lifebuoys to the satisfaction of the attending Marine Inspector.
