Removed cargo authority for Ethylene glycol monoalkyl ethers, Ethylene glycol propyl ether, Ethyl methacrylate and 2-Ethyl-3 propylacrolein. Company to re-submit list of authorized cargoes to MSC for review and approval.

Replace mesh on #3 and #4 starboard tank vents with suitable marine grade mesh. (30x30 mesh or two layers of 20x20 mesh non corrosive)

Vessel resubmission is overdue. The TVRP must be amended to verify intended areas of operation/COTP zones, and identify contact information for border states before approval is granted.

Vessel is prohibited from operating the deck lighting system until proper documentation showing that the system meets the requirements for use in a Class I, Div. I Hazardous location.
