Aft dog on fwd hatch was not propperly dogged, and couldn't close properly.

The port and starboard running lights were positioned in such a way that they were not visible to an approaching vessel. Properly reposition both port and starboard running lights and demonstrate proper operation of the anchor light to the satisfaction of an attending Coast Guard Marine Inspector prior to February 11, 2021.

The stern light was burning an amber color as opposed to a white light in accordance with 33 CFR 83.21(c). Remove the amber bulb and replace it with a white light to the satisfaction of an attending Coast Guard Marine Inspector prior to February 11, 2021.

Ensure all elements of a Navigational Assessment are completed and the navigational assessment is documented in the TVR to the satisfaction of an attending Coast Guard Marine Inspector prior to February 11, 2021.

Ensure Stbd generator is load tested after installation and prior to operations.
