The main foam line burst during testing. There is now a 1" hole in the line located under the ballast pumproom vent fans. Crew installed temporary band clamp. Vessel can still maintain adequate pressure through two deck foam monitors with hole. Permanently repair and attest to the integrity of the deck foam piping system to the satisfaction of classification society.
