Reduced max allowable total persons onboard to 2,650. (this reduction in total persons onboard and amendment to code 50ac were completed on 16AUG23. Crew members shall be trained to be familiar with the arrangements of the ship as well as the location and operation of any fire-fighting systems and appliances that they may be called upon to use. PSCO observed the following during the initial fire drill: boundary cooling team went to the wrong location, leaving boundary unprotected. Additionally, attack team did not adequately secure door to affected space or secondary boundary upon exiting. Upon conducting a second fire drill, crew performed in a satisfactory manner.
