PSCO observed the following during the initial fire drill: boundary cooling team went to the wrong location, leaving boundary unprotected. Additionally, attack team did not adequately secure door to affected space or secondary boundary upon exiting. Upon conducting a second fire drill, crew performed in a satisfactory manner.

PSCOs identified hose ports in sliding fire doors 7.19 and 8.26, when closed, left an inch gap between the doors. Fire door 11.8 had a hose port that would not close due to contact with the door sill.
