The Coast Guard recorded this vessel and the following in the same
inspection activity — normally a tug and the barges in its tow. Only barges and towing
vessels are in this archive, so any other vessel type in the same activity does not

VCS flange on the starboard side was missing the stud at the 12 o'clock position. There was no stud onboard for immediate repair. Replace stud to the satisfaction of CG Marine Inspector.

CARGO PUMP ENGINE FUEL HOSES DO NOT MEET SAE - 1942 REQUIREMENTS AS PER 46 CFR 56.20-25(b). CURRENTLY HOSES ON VESSEL ARE MADE OF COTTON SHEETH. ADVISED VESSEL OF OPTIONS: REPLACE HOSES WITH ONES THAT MEET SAE-1942 STANDARDS OR COVER REMAINING HOSES WITH PROTECTIVE FIRE SLEEVE.
