A towing vessel must be maintained and operated so the watertight integrity and stability of the vessel are not compromised. Marine Inspectors found significant wastage on the aft engine room bulkhead near the starboard shaft. Crop and renew all wastage to the satisfaction of the Third Party Organization (TPO). USCG MSU Lake Charles shall be provided a TPO report upon its completion.

USCG MSU Lake Charles shall be provided a TPO report upon its completion.

Vessel must submit satisfactory technicians report to the Coast Guard prior to departure.
