While preparing the barge for SVLL exemption, a 1" hole was found in the bottom plate in void #3 IWO the centerline. Temp repairs were made, barge permitted to transit IAW the SVLL approval letter to New York, New York. Permit repairs to be made at dry dock (October 2025) prior to cargo operations. 46CFR31.10-25
