The vessel has been both in satisfactory service insofar as structural adequacy is concerned and does not cause the structure of the vessel to be questioned by either the OCMI, or TPO engaged to perform an audit or survey. While transiting through Algiers Lock to the LMR when the barge (BH9692B) had an allusion with the Algiers Lock on the Bow Box Void (STBD side) at the water line leaving a 1" by 2" breach. TPO must attesting to the structural integrity of the ITV to the satisfaction of the attending CG Marine Inspector through a Survey Report. 46 CFR 144.200(b)
