MI's received report that the port generator is not functioning as intended and bridge equipment malfunctioning. Vessel is permitted to transit directly to the Arroyo Colorado Moorings where it shall remain until cleared by the Coast Guard. Objective evidence attesting to satisfactory repair and proper function of generator and bridge equipment to be submitted for review prior to clearing 835.

Vessel suffered loss of propulsion on both engines. The cause of the casualty must be determined and repairs made to the satisfaction of the Third-Party Organization prior to departure or pushing barges. The vessel must submit a report from the Third-[name withheld] attesting to the clearance of this CG-835 to the satisfaction of a Coast Guard Marine Inspector.
