The Coast Guard recorded this vessel and the following in the same

An approx 14" fracture was identified on the side shell, port side abouve the waterline. Temporary repairs were conducted and inspected by the USCG. Vessel is authorized a one time discharge of product within the COTP Zone, after vessel completes discharging and cleaning, the vessel shall proceed directly to a shipyard within the [name withheld] and make vessel available for inspection.
