A towing vessel must be maintained and operated so the watertight integrity and stability of the vessel are not compromised. ITV MARY PATRICIA had a sharp inset, approx. 4 - 5", in the starboard sheer strake at the gunwale approx. 20' from the bow. The deck edge was separated from the sheer strake and an estimated 3 - 4" thick patch of foam was in place. Repair damaged are and restore vessel's watertight integrity.
