The owner/operator must ensure that the towing vessel is in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations at all times and any non-conformities and deficiencies are corrected in a timely manner. Vessel must make repairs to vessel due to fore in port side fidley. repairs are not limited to megging and testing electrical equipment. Inspect test and replace fire and lifesaving equipment.
