Excessive levels of oily waste within the bilge; levels of oily waste were found to range from 1'6" to 2'3" maximum bilge depth is 2'6"). Bilges must be pumped to a safe level.

Resolution: Approximately 33,547 gallons were pumped from the bilge. Bilge levels are now at an acceptable level.
