The starboard side fuel tank vent piping was missing a flame screen. Install flame screens on both port and starboard sides that consist of at least 30 x 30 mesh of corrosion resistant wire.

MI observed that the Port side bridge wing waterlight clip/clasp was corroded and did not spring back to the closed position, correctly securing the waterlight to the ring buoy.
VSL is require to replace the corroded clip in 14 days.
