Scantlings, material, and workmanship, subdivision of cargo spaces, fitting of cofferdams, and testing of tanks shall be at least equivalent to the requirements of the American Bureau of Shipping or other recognized classification society. Vessel was struck by a grain barge on the STBD side Aft, inset is sharp. Vessel is to offload current VGO cargo at MM 118 St. Rose facility then proceed to an approved repair facility. Prior to the carriage of cargo, company will affect permanent repairs to the damaged area to the satisfaction of the attending Marine Inspector.
