The POC at Harley Marine Service contacted the VRP program regarding add zone COTP NY revisions received on 31 Jan 07. The revision is under review and will be completed within a 3-4 week period. Resolution: Cargo Restrictions changeed based on MSC memorandum listing five options to clear def. Vessel will be allowed to carry grade "D" cargos with a flash poin of 140 degrees and higher, and also allowed to carry grade "E" cargos. The COI will be amended.
