Every line above is a count of records the US Coast Guard wrote, or a date it recorded. A blank resolution means none was recorded in this data; it does not establish that a deficiency is outstanding. Years with a record are calendar years in which a record exists, not years in service. Issued 13 October 2023 Resolved
The tank overfill alarm must activate an alarm early enough to allow the person in charge to stop the carge transfer before overflow. During alarm testing, it was observed that both high level and overfill alarms were stuck in the overfill position and could not be silenced. Thereby preventing PIC from determining which tank was in the similated condition. Within 30 days and prior to carrying cargo requiring vapor control listed on your CAA, prove proper operation.
