The inspection for certification shall include an inspection of the structure. The inspection shall be such as to insure that the vessel, as regards the structure, and other equipment is in satisfactory condition and fit for the service for which it is intended,and that it complies with the applicable regulations for such vessels. Vessel found to have broken welds and bent transverse frame members in numbers two and three port wing voids below the waterline, and one port side wing void scuttle deformed with possible compromised watertight integrity. Vessel to submit a repair proposal prior to making repairs to local OCMI, repairs are to be completed to the satisfaction of the attending Marine Inspector.

CG Marine Inspectors identified a 1'x2" inset on the port side gunwale in the vicinity of the #5 wing tank.
