Fuel systems for towing vessel main engines and generators must have a continuous supply of clean fuel. Vessels fuel tanks have water intrusion. Clean, gas free, and identify areas of wastage. Provide repair proposal plan to local OCMI prior to commencing repairs.

Resolution: Inserts were made and signed off, satisfactory. As well as the fire main piping was cropped back to good piping and welded in. NDT was done on both the inserts and the piping.

Resolution: Numerious rudders were found to need repair. Missing rudder was installed with new, port steering rudder was sent off to machine shop to align and other flanking rudders were bent back in place. sat.
