The Captain experienced a mechanical failure in their B-end engine. Vessel shall enact permanent repairs to the satisfaction of ABS. Provide a technician's report detailing the events surrounding the casualty. Send technician report to E-Mail: [email withheld]. Vessel is authorized to conduct sea trails with no cargo or passengers.
