When operating a vessel on a body of water where the discharge of treated or untreated sewage is prohibited by the EPA the operator must secure each [Type II] device in a manner which prevents the discharge of treated or untreated sewage. Vessel does not have a securing device between the Type II MSD and the vessel's hull. Install securing device and add securing method to the valve leading direct from the toilet to overboard; prior to movement, to the satisfaction of a USCG marine inspector.
