Vessel went beyond it's 90 day window for annual inspection and also went beyond required hull inspection date. COI is now void. Vessel must complete hull and annual exams prior to vessel being used in commercial service.

The steering system was found with a lube oil line that may hinder safe operation of the steering gear. On a new vessel, each pipe that contains vapor, gas, or liquid that has a temperature exceeding 150 °F (65.5 °C) which is within reach of personnel must be insulated where necessary or otherwise guarded to prevent injury. Lagging was missing along the exhaust piping of the STBD generator. Add lagging.
