According to divers report, all three main rudders bent at breakaway toward port. Port rudder at 45 deg, center and STBD rudders at 90 deg. Vessel is authorized a one time dead ship transit from Freeport, Texas to Channelview, Texas by the M/V JANIS ELIZABETH. Effect permanent repairs to the satisfaction of TPO and Coast Guard.
